Users may create accounts as either ‘Studio Owners‘ or ‘Users/Photographers‘ [1]. Studio Owners can list their studios, set pricing, and manage availability. Users can browse and book studios, and potentially book photographers if that function is enabled [1].

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms [5].

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use EaseMyShoot in a responsible and lawful manner.

• You are solely responsible for any content (photos, descriptions, reviews, etc.) that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through our platform.
• You agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Studio Owners are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about their studios, including pricing, availability, and amenities.
• Users are responsible for adhering to the studio's rules and regulations during their booking.
• EaseMyShoot reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Booking and Payments

Bookings are subject to the availability of the studio and the studio owner's approval.

• EaseMyShoot facilitates payments between users and studio owners.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings, including studio rental fees, service fees, and any applicable taxes.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms and conditions.
• Cancellation policies are set by the individual studio owners, and users are responsible for reviewing these policies before booking.
• EaseMyShoot is not responsible for disputes between users and studio owners regarding cancellations or refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

The EaseMyShoot platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EaseMyShoot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform or content without our prior written consent.
• By uploading content to EaseMyShoot, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with our platform.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your content as described herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

EaseMyShoot acts as a platform connecting users and studio owners. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any user or studio owner. [4]

• We are not responsible for the condition of studios, the quality of services provided by studio owners, or any disputes between users and studio owners.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
• We are not responsible for events outside of our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EASEMYSHOOT IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS‘ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE‘ WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We do not warrant that the content on our platform is accurate, complete, or reliable.
• You use EaseMyShoot at your own risk.
